Twitter Improvments

How to improve Twitter:

1. Allow for user searching.
2. More detailed profiles
3. Change the layout/style/colours
4. Let me search to add friends from other social sites like myspace or facebook who are already on twitter

All pretty simple, self explanatory changes that would really improve the service
